What is a Virtual Assistant?
A virtual assistant is an independent contractor that works from their home office, use their own equipment and provide services to businesses, executives or anyone that is to busy to handle their normal administrative tasks. VA's are administrative assistants in the online world. Most projects are communicated through email, phone, fax and instant messengers, although local projects may be handled in person.
Why choose a Virtual Assistant?
You only pay for time and materials used on project
Minimal to NO training
NO OVERHEAD EXPENSES; ie. employee taxes, insurance, office space and office
equipment.
What does a Real Estate Virtual Assistant do?
A Real Estate VA provides professional administrative, creative, managerial and personal support services to real estate agents and brokers. A real estate va does not have a real estate license and would only be required to obtain one if completing tasks that require a license. Each state has different guidelines and laws that pertain to real estate professionals and real estate virtual assistants. Here is a short list of tasks that an unlicensed real estate va can perform:
Research for potential sellers
Screen sellers for motivation
Send out applications and paperwork to buyers and sellers
Outbound telemarketing to help build business
Organize data, contacts and scheduling your time
Make travel arrangements
Prepare newsletters
Plan events and meetings on your behalf
Schedule personal tasks, such as car maintenance, hair cuts, doctor appointments, etc.
And Much More!
